Here it comes again! The much-anticipated annual treat known as Flavor Palm Beach is back for the month of September. We’re talkin’ 30 whole days of delicious prix-fixe deals offered by the area’s very best restaurants. Pistache, for instance, in the 100 block of Clematis, offers a three-course meal that includes its famously Frr-rrench coq au vin for just $40, and The Butcher Shop is dishing up its unparalleled marinated flank steak as part of its $35 three-course deal.

Since 2007, Flavor Palm Beach has grown from 17 participants to 60, and can stick its thumbs in its suspenders when it comes to bragging about quality. Founder Briana Beaty was inspired by NYC Restaurant Week to develop a program that would lure visitors from all over Florida to visit Palm Beach County during the one month when things are kind of slow on the tourism front: September. The event has exploded into the most popular wining and dining experience of the year around here, and introduces locals and visitors to the hottest spots that sometimes can be a bit pricey for the average pocketbook (hello, Café Boulud?). The Palm Beach landmark is dishing out a luxurious three-course lunch with options such as a refreshing gazpacho and mushroom risotto for $36—a typical price for just one entrée!
