There’s a whole lotta building going on directly east of the Brightline train station. The largest of the construction projects is fast shaping up into a new luxury rental building that will add 315 new residences downtown.
It’s called Broadstone, and the painters are hard at work layering on rich earth tones at the corner of Datura and Quadrille. We peeked at the plans, and it has design elements that make us think of the Mandarin Oriental in Paris.
Sleek, right-sized and right-priced residences with surprising amenities like a boxing ring, yoga studio, rooftop lounge, fireplace and a gourmet demo kitchen. If there’s ever a building where form and function unite, this is it. Developed by Alliance Residential Company, the first units come online at the end of July.
From $1,590 to $2,570 per mo.
